Private arrival in Beijing
Meet your driver at the airport or railway station and transfer directly to your hotel. The remainder of the day stays intentionally light, with practical help for mobile payment, connectivity and the first evening in the city.

The imperial center
Begin at Tiananmen Square before entering the Forbidden City with a private English-speaking guide. Continue to Jingshan for a view over the palace roofs, then slow the pace with a walk through a lived-in hutong neighborhood.

Mutianyu Great Wall
Leave the city by private vehicle for Mutianyu, selected for its restored watchtowers and mountain setting. Cable-car arrangements and walking time are matched to the family's mobility, with an earlier start to reduce time in the busiest periods.

Ritual, gardens and local rhythm
Visit the Temple of Heaven while local residents exercise in the surrounding park, then continue to the Summer Palace for lakeside paths, imperial gardens and a more relaxed final afternoon. An evening performance or private dining experience can be added on request.

Departure or onward rail journey
Enjoy breakfast and check out at a pace coordinated with your flight or train. A private vehicle transfers the family to the airport or railway station, with an optional extension available to Xi'an, Shanghai or another region.
