Booking Terms

These terms apply to inquiries and private-trip bookings made with China Private Journeys.
Estimates and confirmation
Website prices are non-binding planning estimates for adults sharing rooms. International airfare, children, groups of four or more, special rooms, peak dates and supplier changes require confirmation. A booking exists only after you accept a written proposal or invoice and the required payment is received.
Price and payment
The confirmed proposal states the exact inclusions, exclusions, currency, payment schedule and validity period. Bank, card and currency-conversion charges are the payer's responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas or transit eligibility, insurance, health needs and accurate personal information. Entry rules must be verified with official authorities before departure.
Suppliers and changes
China ground services are delivered with licensed local travel agency partners and contracted suppliers. Equivalent hotels, transport or sequencing may be substituted when necessary for safety, availability or events beyond reasonable control, with material changes communicated promptly.
