Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the confirmed proposal and the non-refundable commitments already made for your private trip.
Before booking
There is no cancellation charge for an inquiry or unaccepted planning estimate.
After confirmation
The cancellation schedule in the accepted proposal controls. Non-refundable airfare, rail tickets, attraction reservations, hotel deposits, guide or vehicle commitments and payment charges may be deducted in full once purchased.
Changes and exceptional events
Date, route, name or room changes are treated as a new supplier request and may create additional costs. For events outside reasonable control, we will seek credits, alternatives or recoverable refunds from suppliers but cannot guarantee amounts suppliers do not return.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed after supplier funds are received, normally within 15 business days. Any different terms stated in your confirmed proposal take priority.
